The basis of our card is more than 200 dishes of Indochina cuisine, which is adapted specifically to the tastes of our European guests, and which is complemented by dishes from Asian regions, i.e. Japan, Vietnam, Thailand or Nepal. In addition to the regional variety of menus, "Gan bei" restaurants attract guests with a wide choice, so everyone will find something for themselves here-we offer meat, poultry, fish and seafood dishes, but also a rich vegan and vegetarian menu.

The real heart of our restaurants are our chefs from India and Nepal. Each of our chefs undergoes special training at the renowned culinary school in New Delhi, so that each of them can understand the unique taste of Indochina cuisine and how to convey its taste qualities on a plate in the most ancient way.
